Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX. This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options across products such as health and personal lines insurance. Day-to-day activities include generating and following up on leads, conducting needs assessments, preparing quotes, and explaining policies in clear, accessible language. The specialist will manage client accounts, handle policy changes, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with carriers and internal team members to ensure accurate and timely service. The role also includes maintaining detailed records in agency systems, meeting sales and service targets, and staying current on insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage to effectively identify client needs, present solutions, and close new business.
  • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Insurance and Health Insurance to explain coverage options, policy terms, and benefits with clarity and accuracy.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and support client retention.
  • Relevant state insurance licensing (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe) is required; prior experience in an insurance agency or financial services environment is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with digital CRM or agency management systems are expected.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Frisco, TX, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined performance and compliance standards.
