Come join the team in our busy and growing, independent insurance agency!
We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative that will oversee many day to day responsibilities that help our office run smoothly.
Looking to fill approx. 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities include:
-Sorting paperwork and mail.
-Using the company management system to file paperwork.
-Completing requests for Certificates of Insurance.
-Answering the phone and transferring calls as needed.
-Assisting agents with policy endorsements
-Must be computer literate (MS Work, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
-We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude to the table as well as time management, problem solving, and organizational skills.
-This employee needs to be a self starter who can handle multiple tasks at once without having to be told what to do.
-We prefer someone who is P&C licensed, but if not licensed, we will help you get licensed
It's a bonus if you can speak additional languages--Preferably Spanish!
