Job description

Find your purpose with CentraCare by joining our Supply Chain team as a Finance and Supply Chain Informatics Analyst!  The Finance and Supply Chain Informatics Analyst supports and optimizes Finance and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) systems and processes across the organization. This role partners closely with operational leaders, Information Systems, and end users to maintain data integrity, improve system performance, and enhance workflows that support efficient, high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provides operational support for FSCM applications, including system administration, deployment and ongoing maintenance.

  • Collaborates with functional teams and Information Systems to troubleshoot issues, support transactions and implement system enhancements.

  • Assists in the design, planning, and implementation of new processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

  • Applies analytical and technical expertise to optimize FSCM software solutions and support organizational goals.

  • Partners on technology initiatives and optimization projects impacting current and future CentraCare entities.

  • Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate

Schedule:

  • Full Time | 80 hours every two weeks 
  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm 
  • Approximately 2-3 days on-site per week at our South Point building in Saint Cloud - work from home the other days  
     

Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $66,310.40 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience 
    • Salary range:$66,310.40 - $99,486.40 per year 
  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, computer science, management information systems, informatics or related field 
  • 3 years' minimum of analyst experience (e.g., proficient in report writing, advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Access) 
  • Two to three years' experience with automated systems
  • Technical expertise in computerized system 
  • Extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management department workflow and end user needs
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills 
  • Intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel 
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) preferred
