Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to provide comprehensive support and oversight of business data across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility enabling the business to deliver actionable insights that drives informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, validate, and maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of business data across systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and leadership decisions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify data requirements and align priorities
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and independently take initiative to address data-related challenges
  • Contribute innovative ideas and support the implementation of new processes, tools, and analytical approaches
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and provide oversight of data processes to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Support data integration, transformation, and migration initiatives
  • Document data definitions, processes, and workflows for transparency and continuity
  • Provide ad hoc analysis, troubleshooting, reporting and user support as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
