The Carolina Clinic for Executive Health opened in 2009. Since relocating in January of 2025 to a larger facility in Chapel Hill, we are excited to grow our practice. If you want to be part of a small team, laser focused on white glove patient experience, come work with us. We are currently seeking a part-time Corp Well Dietitian. This position provides direct patient care within the scope of practice for the Corp Well Dietitian. Processes privileged patient health information and returns patient calls. Analyzes data from patient interviews, chart reviews, and physical assessments to determine patients' prevailing health conditions. Creates personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans to promote healthy habits, prevent chronic disease, and improve overall quality of life.

Summary:
Corporate Health Coach Responsibilities Provide one on one and group coaching and counseling for patients; leveraging expertise in nutrition and fitness Support primary care medicine staff in chronic disease prevention and management in patient population of all ages.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the customer health and wellness team in meeting the organization's health management goals Counsel and advise patients or healthy people to improve the overall health condition.
Understand the prevailing health conditions and diagnose the required problems Identify the need for behavioral change to improve health status, reduce health risks and improve quality of life.
Marketing and self-advertisement to gain max participation for eligible population with utilization targets and expectations Program design and coordination for weight loss and other health topics of interest with focus on lifestyle.
Build and maintain practice volume through marketing efforts and presence at on campus health related events. Conduct client visits in-person, virtually and around the corporate campus. Comprehensive nutritional evaluation for Executive Physicals Education to the onsite healthcare team of areas of opportunity.
Create presentation content, brainstorm ideas for employee engagement in nutrition programming, partnering closely with onsite gym and food service teams. Track data and employee usage of nutrition programs. Updated and ongoing knowledgeable on diet trending and concerns. Public speaking for small groups to large groups (10-500) people, must hold attention of audience.

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
• License as a Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) by the North Carolina Board of Dietetics and Nutrition required. Certification as Health Coach preferred. Counselor licensure preferred.
Professional Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years work experience successfully leading, designing, and implementing wellness programs.
