Job Specifics

  • Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301
  • FTE Status: 0.80-1.0 FTE (32-40 hours/week), Full-Time
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Every 4th-6th weekend rotation. On Call one time per week.

Job Description:
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient. Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.

As a nurse, you'll utilize advanced clinical skills to deliver skilled, short-term acute care services, focusing on one patient at a time to build trusted relationships. Your role will involve traveling to patients' homes to conduct assessments and provide hands-on care, including the administration of IV medications, wound care, Foley care, and ostomy care. We serve patients in 9 counties in Northeast Wisconsin.
You'll also provide patient education and coaching to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team and community resources to ensure the best possible results for our patients.

Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin RN license required.
  • Previous RN experience required.
