Salary:

We are looking for an empathetic and passionate Home Health Nurse to assist a growing home healthcare company. Our patients are home bound and mostly elderly and ill. It is necessary to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs.

  • Must work with other healthcare professional to create treatment plans.
  • Ensures that patients stick to treatment plans.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and wound care.
  • Monitor changes in behavior and progress.
  • Monitors and administers medication.
  • Communicates with referring physician.
  • Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional affiliations.
  • Performs other related work as required.
