In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and branding initiatives for Community Health Alliance and its affiliated organizations. This position works closely with the Director of Business Development to support census growth, referral development, community engagement, and strategic expansion initiatives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support organizational growth and census goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives and service line expansion.
  • Work closely with the Director of Business Development to support referral growth efforts.
  • Develop marketing campaigns targeting key referral sources.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns.
  • Improve search engine optimization (SEO) and online visibility.
  • Develop and manage content for all social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update agency websites and online profiles.
  • Draft press releases, announcements, newsletters, and organizational communications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of marketing experience.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and insurable driving record required.
  • Graphic design and content creation experience.
