Healing Touch Physical Therapy is a specialized outpatient clinic located in Plano, Texas. Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and certified physical therapy assistants committed to the well-being of our clients. This full-time position is conducted onsite at our outpatient office, where you will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our clinic is designed to provide a comfortable and motivating atmosphere for both patients and staff. You will join a dynamic and friendly team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting a positive experience at every visit.

• Conduct thorough assessments to recognize and address the unique objectives and requirements of each patient.
• Manage a patient load with an average of one patient per hour to ensure personalized and focused care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens to enhance patients' range of motion and functional capabilities.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercise, education, and modalities.
• Diligently evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and document services in compliance with clinic protocols and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, notably WebPT.
• Encourage patients through motivational strategies, ensuring they remain engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, sharing insights and strategies for improving treatment outcomes.
• Actively promote a healthy lifestyle among clients, concentrating on strength improvement, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse population of patients who are recovering from various orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs. We focus on non-surgical interventions wherever possible, minimizing medication use through effective physical therapy strategies. Your role will be crucial in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, ultimately helping them return to optimal function and everyday activities.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
• Clean record with no disciplinary actions or board issues.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Experience utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, for patient management.

• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapist within an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to create effective fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience supervising or collaborating with physical therapy assistants or junior therapists.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
