This position is onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center, where you will work alongside a team comprising two experienced physical therapists and a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). You will be required to maintain a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our center is equipped with the latest tools and technology for physical therapy, allowing you to implement the most advanced treatment modalities, and help our patients achieve positive health outcomes.

• Assess each patient's needs by conducting comprehensive evaluations and identifying objectives for improvement and recovery.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and holistic treatment.
• Administer a wide range of therapies that enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility, focusing on cost-effective, non-surgical interventions.
• Create and implement detailed treatment plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities and exercises tailored to individual patient needs.
• Incorporate manual therapy techniques as appropriate to enhance patient outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and communicating findings effectively with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout their rehabilitation, instilling confidence and independence in their recovery process.
• Develop and promote customized fitness and wellness programs that encourage long-term health and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, to optimize patient care.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in physical therapy.

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Your role will be essential in promoting patient empowerment and restoring their functional abilities through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist with no history of board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy and exercise program development, demonstrating a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to document patient care efficiently.

Ideally, candidates should possess prior experience working in outpatient orthopedic settings, which will deepen the understanding of patient care dynamics within a physical therapy context. A successful candidate will be skilled in developing personalized therapy programs that address each patient’s unique challenges.
