The Role:
A server is responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized dining experience through attentive, knowledgeable, and refined service. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of food, beverages, and menu storytelling while anticipating guest needs with genuine hospitality. They excel in a fast - paced, elevated dining setting where precision, grace, and consistency are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
