Administrative Assistant


*This is an on-site role located in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly? We're looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain filing systems
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism

Qualifications:
