Machine Set-Up Operator 1st shift

What Matters Most
  • Schedule: 7am - 3:30 PM Monday – Friday (flexible scheduling options available)
  • Payrate: $19/hr.; compensation is flexible based on experience and all pay requirement are being considered
  • Location: Painesville area

As a Machine Set-Up Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment to manufacture quality components. This role involves making adjustments to machinery, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficient production.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machinery to manufacture components
  • Make adjustments to equipment to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety guidelines
  • Complete required production and quality documentation
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Qualifications and Requirements:

The base salary for this position is $19/hr. shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
