CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

PAY IS NEGOTIABLE BASED ON EXPERIENCE

We're looking for a CNC Press Brake Operator who takes pride in precision, knows how to read a print.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position with a fast-growing company, a solid team, and benefits that actually matter.

THE JOB

You'll be responsible for taking raw sheet metal and turning it into accurately formed components using CNC press brake equipment.

You'll:

  • Set up and operate CNC press brakes
  • Read blueprints and determine bend requirements
  • Form 14–16 gauge galvanized steel and copper material up to 1'
  • Select tooling and make machine adjustments as needed
  • Check dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment
  • Make control adjustments to maintain accuracy and quality
  • Inspect finished parts and catch issues before they become problems
  • Keep your workstation organized, safe, and production-ready

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

  • Has previous press brake experience
  • Can confidently read and interpret blueprints
  • Understands precision manufacturing and dimensional requirements
  • Knows how to measure and verify their work
  • Can troubleshoot and make adjustments at the machine
  • Takes ownership of the quality of their work
  • Has CNC programming experience (a plus, but not required)
