About the Role
We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of our People team. This role is critical to delivering a seamless employee and candidate experience while ensuring our core HR and talent operations run smoothly.
You'll work closely with the Head of Talent & HR and company leadership to execute key People initiatives across onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR systems, and employee experience. This is a highly cross-functional role with strong exposure across the business and an opportunity to help build scalable processes as we grow.
Responsibilities
  • Execute end-to-end onboarding from pre-boarding through new hire ramp
  • Ensure employees have the tools, access, and information needed for Day 1 success
  • Track onboarding progress and proactively resolve gaps
  • Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and interview materials
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR data integrity
  • Support HRIS administration (e.g., Trinet), including onboarding workflows and employee updates
  • Assist with performance review cycles, promotions, and compensation processes
  • Help ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
  • Support company-wide moments (e.g., all-hands, celebrations, milestone events)
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and requests

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute reliably
  • High ownership mindset with strong follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Trinet or similar) is a plus

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to onboarding programs, event coordination, or employee experience initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as performance reviews or compensation cycles
