She must integrate the organization's overall vision into her decision-making and intervention choices. Within a "Living Environment" approach, her main responsibilities include: Care management: To assume responsibility for a range of nursing care and to collaborate in the administration of therapeutic, preventive and diagnostic procedures. To plan, supervise and coordinate the activities of a department for the entire duration of its service. Team mobilization: Bringing together team members, including new staff, around a coordinated intervention plan that meets the individual expectations and needs of residents, while respecting their abilities. To act as a resource person for the care team in the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing care. Family involvement: Encourage the participation of families and loved ones in the care process. To verify and evaluate the quality of interventions carried out by the team and to ensure continuity of care through effective communication.
