  • The Director of Quality and Risk will lead hospital\-wide quality, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards.

  • Oversee accreditation readiness, policy development, performance improvement programs, and data analysis through quality and patient experience platforms to drive operational excellence.

  • The Director of Quality and Risk will partner with department leaders to enhance patient care, resolve concerns, manage risk\-related activities, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee recognition.

    • Hands\-on facility\-level leadership experience working directly with staff, patients, and department leaders is required

    • LEAN\/Six Sigma training or certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred
