By delivering actionable brake health insights, Brakewise empowers dealerships, service centers, tire retailers, fleets, and aftermarket providers to improve customer outcomes while creating new service opportunities.
As Brakewise enters a critical growth phase, ATI is seeking a Head of Brakewise to lead the successful launch, market adoption, and operational scaling of the business.
Position Overview
The Head of Brakewise serves as the operational owner of the Brakewise business, responsible for turning a great product into a scalable and successful SaaS platform.
This role sits at the intersection of customers, product, sales, marketing, and operations. The successful candidate will ensure that Brakewise delivers exceptional value to customers while building the processes, partnerships, and operational foundation necessary to support growth.
The Head of Brakewise will work closely with customers to understand their needs, collaborate with ATI's product and engineering teams to guide product development, support go-to-market initiatives, and oversee customer success and business operations. This individual will serve as the voice of the customer within ATI and help ensure that product innovation remains closely aligned with market needs.
The Head of Brakewise will lead the execution of Brakewise's growth strategy, ensuring successful customer onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion while establishing scalable operating processes that support long-term success. This role will oversee customer-facing functions and partner closely with sales leadership to optimize market penetration, customer outcomes, and recurring revenue growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who enjoys launching innovative products, solving problems, working directly with customers, creating scalable processes, and transforming emerging technology into a successful SaaS business.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Growth
  • Lead the day-to-day operational success of the Brakewise business.
