LifeMD is a leading provider of virtual primary care, telehealth, and specialized treatment programs serving hundreds of thousands of patients nationwide. Our vertically integrated platform combines 50-state licensed providers, in-house pharmacy and lab integrations, and proprietary technology that enables safe, high-quality, and affordable care.

At the heart of this transformation is our team of developers, engineers, and tech innovators building state-of-the-art systems that make healthcare smarter, faster, and more accessible. From architecting scalable backend systems to crafting intuitive user experiences, we are pushing boundaries every day.

Recognized as one of the fastest-growing healthcare tech companies (#166 on Deloitte Fast 500 in 2023), LifeMD is not just a healthcare company — it's a tech company revolutionizing healthcare.

About the Role

The ideal candidate combines strong UX craft, systems thinking, customer empathy, healthcare workflow understanding, and data-informed design decision making.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives across patient acquisition, onboarding, consultation, treatment, pharmacy, and longitudinal care journeys
  • Design intuitive and scalable physician and provider experiences that improve operational efficiency and care delivery workflows
  • Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across web and mobile healthcare experiences
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Growth, and Compliance teams to shape customer-centric healthcare experiences
  • Use customer research, behavioral analytics, and experimentation insights to improve patient engagement, retention, conversion, and satisfaction
  • Design AI-enabled healthcare experiences including personalization, intelligent workflows, recommendations, and automated engagement touchpoints
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and accessibility standards across LifeMD’s digital ecosystem
  • Advocate for human-centered, compliant, and data-informed design practices across healthcare experiences

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of UX/Product Design experience designing complex digital products and customer experiences
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end customer journey thinking and scalable systems design
  • Experience designing healthcare, telehealth, SaaS, marketplace, or highly regulated digital experiences preferred
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility principles
  • Experience using analytics, experimentation, and behavioral insights to inform UX decisions
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled product experiences and intelligent workflow design is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $180,000 - $210,000
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (Roth 401k)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
  • Flexible PTO Policy
  • Paid Holidays
  • Short Term Disability
