This is a remote position.

The Head of Performance Marketing will lead and optimize our performance marketing initiatives driving measurable results and business growth. This role demands expertise in B2C paid social advertising, creative strategy, team leadership, and conversion optimization. The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will lead campaign planning, creative strategy development, and optimization processes, ensuring that performance marketing initiatives align with company goals and deliver a strong return on investment. Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for performance marketing are essential to thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for B2C paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok to achieve ROI and growth objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize ad spend, targeting, and creative output.
  • Integrate email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with paid strategies and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of media buyers, creative specialists, and CRO experts.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence within the team.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of team members.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives and copy that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Implement A/B testing for creative elements, ensuring high-performing visuals and messaging.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance landing page performance, improve user experiences, and increase conversion rates.

  • Establish and build scalable processes for creative production, paid search, and social media marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams, maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Maintain active certifications on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in performance marketing, social advertising, and conversion strategies.


Requirements
  • 5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.
  • 3+ years hands-on with Meta & TikTok Ads.
  • Expertise in email marketing and multi-channel campaign integration.
  • Skilled in CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.
  • Strong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.
  • Active Meta & TikTok Ad Certifications.
  • Proven leader with experience managing cross-functional teams.
