Head of OEM Growth
Contract Manufacturing Platform | Sheet Metal & Welding
Pen Manufacturing is building a scalable contract manufacturing platform focused on precision sheet metal fabrication and welding.
We are seeking a senior OEM growth leader to develop and prove a repeatable OEM acquisition strategy within our current operation, then expand that model across future acquired facilities.
This role is not limited to one plant. It is designed to build a scalable OEM growth engine.
The Mandate
โ€ข Develop and execute OEM penetration strategy within our existing fabrication operation
โ€ข Secure high value OEM partnerships aligned with our technical capabilities
โ€ข Build a structured playbook for vertical targeting, pricing strategy, and account expansion
โ€ข Collaborate with operations to ensure manufacturability and margin alignment
โ€ข Once validated, replicate and scale the OEM growth model across newly acquired facilities
This role is foundational to long term platform expansion.
Ideal Background
โ€ข 15+ years in contract manufacturing sales
โ€ข Deep experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding
โ€ข Machining experience a strong plus
โ€ข Proven success acquiring and scaling OEM accounts
โ€ข Experience operating within multi site or roll up manufacturing environments preferred
โ€ข Strong strategic and operational alignment capability
Candidates without direct contract manufacturing experience will not be considered.
