Role Summary:

The Head of Revenue Enablement will play a central role in shaping this next phase, working across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Learning & Development. Exiger is seeking a proactive, highly motivated, self-driven Learning & Development ("L&D") Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments and is ready to build, scale, run, and continuously improve the Learning and Development program.

This role will work with partners in Product, Global Shared Services and Go-To-Market ("GTM"). Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development the role will work with their L&D peers to equip customer-facing staff and other internal stakeholders with the knowledge and tools needed to drive adoption of Exiger's tech solutions. They will also design scalable learning content, help to iterate L&D operations, integrate AI into learning workflows, proactively identify gaps before they become problems, and utilize AI tools to vastly increase productivity. The ideal candidate is hungry to learn, unafraid to ask questions, highly resourceful, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a rapidly

What You'll Do:

  • Design and deliver new hire onboarding, GTM certifications, and training programs for customer-facing teams to reduce ramp time and increase tech solution fluency.
  • Design and deliver training, enablement, and ongoing optimization of core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Consensus, 6Sense, etc.).
  • Design, develop, and continuously refine training bots that simulate realistic customer conversations and product scenarios for enterprise sellers and client-facing teams.
  • Using AI tools design role-based micro-trainings that can be quickly deployed and easily updated as tech solutions and messaging evolve.
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities to automate, accelerate, or enhance learning experiences using AI and improve onboarding processes, documentation standards, and training workflows.

What You Need:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS company working in or with sales enablement, presales, sales, revenue operations, or related go-to-market roles.
  • Self-reliant and proactive with the ability to move work forward without waiting for explicit direction.
  • Builder mentality with the ability to operate independently and effectively in fast paced, evolving environments.
  • High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in a fast-evolving SaaS and AI environment.
  • Comfort working across functions and influencing without direct authority.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance quantitative insight and qualitative judgement.
  • Comfortable asking thoughtful questions to drive clarity and improvement.
