Southern Landscape & Design is looking to hire multiple full time positions. Must have “professional” experience in the trade with a required 5+ year minimum working with a reputable landscape company. Must have reliable transportation and a drivers lic. with a clean driving history record. MUST be a team player no bad attitudes wanted here, must be able to be at work at 7:30am ready to work and must have a can do attitude and hard work ethic. No drug use or theft of any kind will be allowed/tolerated.

Position requirements and duties: Crew leader would be providing crew with onsite labor support which would include driving a landscape box truck, responsible for safe driving practices, servicing our maintenance properties by completing weekly mowing services, weedeating and blowing off residential and commercial accounts. Keeping landscape beds clean and weed free, trimming hedges as needed on our sites, mulching, planting, clean up, raking, blowing leaves and pruning. Overall site inspections to make sure our accounts look there absolute best.

Who we want on our team: Someone who is reliable and enjoys working in the professional landscape industry. *Must have experience operating commercial walk behind mowers, stand on riders SCAG VRide, SCAG sit down zero turns, professional weed eating skills. A majority of our sites we services are commercial properties with a hand full of higher end residential. Our clients trust our work and we only offer A+ landscaping services. Looking for someone who wants to make working with us home. Our company is growing and needing quality individuals who truly enjoy working outdoors and are looking to make a career out of this profession. We have been in business for 15 years and there are still many opportunities for moving up in this design/maintenances company. We offer full service from design and full installation to maintaining our installs and our commercial maintenance accounts.
