  • Build, lead, and continuously improve Sectigo's procurement function, including policies, workflows, approval processes, controls, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and vendor governance.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Finance, Legal, IT, Security, Engineering, Product, Sales, and executive leadership on vendor strategy, sourcing decisions, contract terms, third-party risk, and spend management.
  • Lead negotiations for complex, high-value, and cross-functional vendor agreements, including SaaS subscriptions, software licensing, cloud and infrastructure services, professional services, security vendors, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Develop category and sourcing strategies that balance cost savings, operational needs, service quality, business agility, risk mitigation, and long-term vendor value.
  • Operate hands-on in a lean environment, including managing sourcing events, vendor communications, purchase requests, contract reviews, purchase order processes, renewals, reporting, and escalation support as needed.
  • Create a proactive renewal management process to improve visibility into upcoming renewals, pricing changes, contract terms, negotiation opportunities, and vendor performance.
  • Build recurring spend analytics, savings tracking, procurement KPIs, vendor performance reporting, and executive-level dashboards to support decision-making and accountability.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers while developing preferred vendor relationships and improving supplier performance management.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to manage third-party risk, data security requirements, compliance considerations, commercial terms, and contract obligations.
  • Lead RFPs, competitive sourcing events, vendor ROI analyses, business case reviews, and total cost of ownership evaluations for material spend decisions.
  • Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and procurement technologies to streamline sourcing, contract review, vendor risk monitoring, spend analysis, renewal tracking, and stakeholder experience.

  • Commercially minded and analytically strong, with the ability to evaluate total cost of ownership, ROI, usage, pricing models, contractual commitments, and business value.
  • Experience with procurement systems, ERP workflows, contract lifecycle management tools, vendor management platforms, spend analytics tools, or related technologies.
  • Interest in and practical understanding of how AI, automation, and data-driven tools can improve procurement operations, contract review, vendor risk management, spend analysis, and renewal tracking.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and drive accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
