Job description

Position Summary
The Head of Network Operations (NetOps) Analytics and Automation will lead the transformation of our global Network Operations function through advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and automation solutions. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap to improve network reliability, performance, and efficiency while reducing operational risk.
You will lead a global team of analysts and engineers to deliver innovative solutions in centralized reporting, AI/ML observability, and self-healing automation that enhance agility and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive analytics and automation strategy aligned with business and technology objectives.
  • Drive automation-first strategies that reduce manual effort and enhance operational reliability.
  • Lead and mentor a global high-performing team of analysts and software engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards across network automation initiatives.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) to measure effectiveness.
  • Build and manage teams, including talent development, workforce strategy, and performance management.
  • Promote design, engineering, and Agile practices across technology delivery.
  • Manage relationships with business and technology partners, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Champion an inclusive and collaborative culture that drives innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Network protocols & technologies
    • Automation tools (Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps)
    • Observability & analytics (Splunk, AI/ML platforms)
    • Programming & development (Python, ReactJS, Django)
    • Databases (MySQL, Redis)
  • Proven track record of building and leading global high-performing teams.
  • Experience in custom application development, advanced analytics, and data science.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
