We are looking for a highly organized and service-driven Head Hostess to oversee the reception area and manage guest flow within the restaurant. The ideal candidate will lead the hostess team, control reservations, optimize seating strategies, and ensure a seamless and welcoming guest experience from arrival to table assignment.

Requirements:  
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in hostess, reception, or customer service roles       
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred      
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (OpenTable or similar)      
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume environments and multitask effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and service flow
Responsibilities:
  • Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests promptly, ensuring a positive first impression and managing initial guest interactions professionally.
  • Reservation Management: Manage all reservations through OpenTable or equivalent system, including confirmations, modifications, and walk-in coordination.   
  • Seating & Flow Control: Strategically assign tables based on service flow, server load, and kitchen capacity to maintain operational balance.       
  • Waitlist Management: Control wait times accurately and communicate expectations clearly to guests.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule hostess staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and protocols.

  • Event & Group Coordination: Assist in organizing large reservations and special events, ensuring proper planning and execution.
