Hillbillies One Stop, LLC - Head Cook

Are you passionate about creating delicious meals that bring people together? Do you have a knack for leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Hillbillies One Stop, LLC in Erhard MN is seeking a Head Cook to join our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our unique brand and cater to our customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
  • Monitor and control food costs to meet financial targets
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Handle customer feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings
