Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is looking for a Bartender at Goldfinch Tavern who is enthusiastic about joining a team that is focused on creating an outstanding bar program. The Bartender is part of a dynamic team that provides award winning service to our restaurant and hotel guests. This position reports to the Goldfinch Tavern management team. U.S. work authorization is required for this position.
Key Elements of the Job
  • Skilled at being on the guest's side and with assurance, assist them when issues arise

  • Experience with name usage and remembering guest's preferences

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a hotel bar with a focus on an elevated cocktail program

  • Attention to detail and precise measurements

  • Ability to create a custom cocktail

  • Ability to make guest feel comfortable and at home
