Fast paced. Great drinks. Lots of fun! As a Bartender you are the mixologist! The Bartender is to create and serve alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area. Bartenders create sippable delights for members and guests!
On the job:
  • Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
  • Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
