Job description

SUMMARY
Trinity is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Associate to support our Acoustics Studio. In this role, you will report directly to a Studio Head and play a key part in successfully executing project deliverables across various acoustical consulting projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Observe and seek mentoring from senior staff to build technical and client service acumen
  • Learn company protocol and policies
  • Regularly attain established billing goals
  • Gather project information and photos for marketing
  • Maintain Deltek Vision data daily to log opportunity progress, client and project information
  • Become proficient in AutoCAD
  • Perform site surveys and assemble follow up reports under direction of senior personnel
  • Learn calculation techniques and assist with calculation
  • Learn and assist with computer models
  • Become familiar with the Quality Control Manual and other company technical and professional standards
  • Maintain electronic files of project data and cut-sheets.
  • Maintain current manufacturer catalogs and industry standard
  • Provide daily input to Deltek Vision CRM, resource planning, timesheets, and expenses
  • Identify areas and goals of professional growth each year
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
