What you will do

The Sr. Manager, US HCP Engagement Pain & Allergy is responsible for maximizing the company’s scientific leadership and credibility within the Primary Care Provider (PCP) segment. This role partners across the Pain & Allergy business units to strategically activate Kenvue’s portfolio, ensuring optimal positioning and relevance within the HCP ecosystem.

In this role, the Sr. Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated HCP engagement strategies that elevate brand equity, strengthen HCP partnerships, and drive growth in share of recommendation. This individual will play a critical role in translating scientific and product expertise into impactful, insight-driven engagement across multiple channels, ultimately strengthening Kenvue’s leadership in the OTC Pain & Allergy space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HCP Engagement Strategy aligned to Pain & Allergy strategic priorities, directly supporting brand sales objectives and growth in HCP share of recommendation.

  • Partner closely with Medical Sales Leadership to provide strategic oversight of field execution, including MFF deployment, cycle priorities, message activation, sampling strategy, omnichannel engagement, and coordinated “surround sound” initiatives (e.g., congresses, HCP partnerships, and key customer programs).

  • Lead and optimize all agency-driven HCP engagement initiatives, including digital sales aids, CRM content, Next Best Action strategies, and test-and-learn activations to continuously enhance engagement effectiveness.

  • Drive performance through measurement and insights generation, establishing analytics frameworks tied to business goals, monitoring brand sales performance and HCP recommendation trends, and translating competitive and category insights into actionable strategies.

  • Manage brand budget and resource allocation, ensuring disciplined investment decisions that maximize impact and support achievement of key business objectives.

  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational agility, effectively managing multiple, complex workstreams while consistently delivering executional excellence.

  • Serve as a credible and compelling brand ambassador, representing the brand portfolio at national and regional conferences and engagements with HCPs and key opinion leaders.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, proactively identifying opportunities, thinking beyond traditional approaches, and partnering cross-functionally with brand teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders to deliver results.

  • Continuously build deep market and customer understanding, staying ahead of industry trends, digital advancements, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a differentiated market position.

  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, compliance, and integrity, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, timely completion of required training, and a strong commitment to ethical, compliant execution.

What we are looking for

Education:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent degree is required.

  • An MBA is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.

  • Experience in medical sales, including consumer/OTC or pharma is preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare professional marketing is preferred.

  • Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.

  • Self-starter, ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.

  • High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.

  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional internal and external partner teams is required.

  • Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value is preferred.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.

  • This position requires up to 20% domestic travel.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
