Job Title: Manager, Influencer & HCP Advocacy

Location: Miami, FL

Job Summary:

Galderma is seeking an experienced Influencer & HCP Manager to own the strategy and execution of integrated influencer and HCP advocacy programs, ensuring campaigns drive measurable brand impact while maintaining scientific integrity and regulatory compliance.

This hybrid role bridges consumer influencer marketing and HCP relationship management to drive integrated education, storytelling, and brand growth across our multi-brand portfolio, including Cetaphil and Cx. The complexity of supporting multiple brands requires strong prioritization, strategic alignment, and operational discipline.

Reporting into the Cx Marketing organization, this role partners cross-functionally with Brand, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and agency teams to translate strategy into high-performing programs. Success will be measured through KPIs including engagement rates, content performance, brand lift, HCP advocacy growth, conversion impact, and overall ROI.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience within beauty, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, or CPG environments and can translate marketing objectives into scalable influencer and HCP strategies. You are equally comfortable operating in fast-moving creative spaces and compliance-driven medical environments, with the ability to manage risk, align stakeholders, and drive execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Integrated Advocacy Planning - 20%

  • Develop campaign briefs integrating influencer and HCP storytelling aligned to brand and product priorities
  • Define creator, HCP, and KOL selection strategy
  • Build editorial calendars connecting consumer storytelling with medical credibility
  • Contribute to business planning and integrated marketing initiatives

End-to-End Program Execution (Influencer + HCP) - 30%

  • Lead execution of influencer, UGC, mailer, and HCP advocacy programs from concept through reporting
  • Oversee sourcing, outreach, contracting, briefing, product pairing, content development, and quality assurance
  • Support speaker programs, peer education initiatives, and congress-related activations
  • Travel to dermatologist offices, congresses, and key industry events as needed

HCP & KOL Relationship Development - 20%

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with dermatologists, HCPs, and KOLs
  • Maintain CRM tracking, engagement mapping, and tiering strategy
  • Identify opportunities to elevate high-potential HCP advocates into broader brand partnerships

Cross-Functional Partnership & Medical Alignment - 15%

  • Partner with Brand, Medical Affairs, Commercial, PRC, and agency teams
  • Ensure scientifically grounded, compliant storytelling across all activations
  • Align on claims, approvals, and program guardrails

Performance, Budget & Operational Management - 15%

  • Manage campaign budgets, vendor partnerships, and accrual tracking
  • Track and analyze influencer and HCP program performance
  • Translate insights into optimization strategies and leadership reporting

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 6-8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social strategy, HCP engagement, or related marketing/ public relations roles
  • Experience within beauty, skincare, dermatology, pharmaceutical, and/ or CPG industries required
  • Proven experience managing multi-platform influencer campaigns and working with KOLs, HCPs, or medical education programs
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing ecosystem, measurement frameworks, and platform algorithm dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
  • Executive-ready communication skills with the ability to present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Demonstrated expertise in beauty/skin care marketing and influencer ecosystems is required including understanding of social platform dynamics, creator partnership models, and culturally relevant storytelling.

Experience working with dermatologists or medically credentialed skin care professionals is strongly preferred due to the regulatory and scientific complexity of the category, Familiarity with compliance review processes and medical-legal alignment is critical.
