Job description

Axena Health, Inc. is a women's health company redefining the standard of care for pelvic health conditions through clinically proven, non-invasive treatments. Our physician-prescribed Levaย  Pelvic Health System empowers women with effective, supervised pelvic floor muscle training at home, combining cutting-edge motion-based technology with evidence-based treatment and personalized coaching. We envision a future where pelvic health is prioritized, destigmatized and effectively treated - because women deserve better. Getting that message to the right clinicians, in the right way, is what this role is all about.

We are looking for an experienced HCP marketer to own our HCP marketing function end to end. You will inherit a strong foundation and be expected to evolve it, bringing your own ideas, building scalable processes, and shaping how Axena Health shows up with clinicians as we grow.

You will partner with a growing field sales organization, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders, KOLs, and external partners to bring campaigns, content, and assets to life. Some days that means developing a strategic campaign to drive provider awareness. Other days it means rolling up your sleeves in a design tool to get a sales piece out the door before a conference.

Responsibilities include:

  • Own the development and execution of the Axena Health HCP marketing strategy
  • Translate clinical and product value into clear, compelling, and compliant HCP messaging, maintaining consistent brand delivery across all channels and touchpoints
  • Develop and maintain HCP sales enablement tools, including visual aids, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and field resources
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Track, analyze, and report on HCP marketing performance across channels, using data to optimize campaigns and inform strategy
  • Build and maintain a structured feedback loop with the field team, proactively surfacing what reps are hearing and translating that into marketing action
  • Drive HCP lead generation through paid media campaigns, website, email journeys, and events, continuously optimizing content and conversion pathways across channels
  • Serve as a primary marketing partner to Medical, Legal, and Regulatory to ensure timely, compliant development and approval of HCP assets
  • Own new hire sales training from a marketing perspective, developing materials and facilitating sessions that equip reps to have strong conversations with clinicians
  • Support ongoing field upskilling as the team grows, ensuring marketing and sales stay tightly aligned on messaging and priorities
  • Manage end-to-end execution of conferences including materials, attendee coordination, lead management, and pre and post conference communications
  • Identify and cultivate KOL partnerships in partnership with clinical, collaborating with clinicians to develop educational content that advances provider awareness and understanding
  • Manage relationships with vendors and freelancers, including creative, communications, and sales materials partners, to support efficient execution across HCP marketing programs

Qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated space
  • Experience developing HCP marketing strategies across paid media, digital, and sales enablement
  • Thrives in a growth stage company where the playbook may not exist
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable facilitating training and presenting confidently to a sales audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the HCP selling environment, including how field teams operate, how clinicians make decisions, and what barriers exist when marketing in this space
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and attention to detail
  • Experience developing thought leadership programs including KOL identification and relationship management
  • Familiarity with briefing digital marketing stakeholders on email deployment, audience segmentation, and campaign execution
  • Hands-on proficiency with tools like Canva, Stripo, or comparable design and email platforms
