• Consultants with 8-10 years' extensive experience in IT specifically in PeopleSoft NA Payroll
• Should have good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.0 and above
• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
• Good Understanding of Payee Data, Absence and Payroll Processing, Taxes, Year-End Processes, Time and Labor delivered integration with payroll, Elements (Earnings, Deductions, Accumulators, Arrays, Components, Durations Formulas, Variables, etc.), Absence Elements, Payslips, Reports, Banking, Social Security, Loans, Terminations, Pension plans.
• Business Requirements Mapping for HCM Payroll modules
• Designing developments required according to fit gap analysis
• Testing modules' setup for inconsistencies and missing steps-Test scripts and Users Acceptance Test (UAT)
• Setup of PeopleSoft NA Payroll module
• Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels and having excellent communication skills.
