Job Summary

The HCM Analyst is a Workday generalist responsible for providing functional and technical support across Workday HCM and related HR modules. This role helps ensure accurate, secure, and compliant HR operations by supporting system administration, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The position partners closely with HR, Payroll, HR Technology, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions, analytics, and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Workday HCM and related modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
  • Perform system testing, data loads, organizational maintenance, reporting, and analysis.
  • Investigate and resolve system and data issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
  • Support security audits, role reviews, access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation and support cross‑training initiatives.
  • Partner with the HR Experience Team to conduct audits, improve data accuracy, and streamline HR processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on reporting, testing, learning initiatives, and HR technology support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee experience.
  • Support HR technology projects, system enhancements, and additional priorities as assigned.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting and/or administering Workday HCM in a functional‑technical role.
  • Experience troubleshooting HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting reporting and analytics.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functions as an HR Generalist or HRIS professional.
  • Knowledge of additional Workday modules, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Payroll, or Benefits.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation, testing, or HR technology initiatives.
