Job description

Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Chicago, Illinois (Chinatown).

Salary and Benefits

  • Base salary: $105,000 โ€“ $135,000 (depending on experience and location)
  • Incentive bonus potential: $15,000 โ€“ $25,000 annually (based on quality metrics)
  • Physician partnership track available
  • 6 weeks of total paid time off (inclusive of PTO, holidays, and CME time)
  • CME allowance: $5,000 annually
  • Tuition reimbursement available
  • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance provided
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% company match (vested immediately)
  • Malpractice insurance fully covered
  • Flexible sign-on bonus available

Responsibilities

  • Full-time, Mondayโ€“Friday schedule (8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM)
  • Patient volume: 13โ€“16 patients per day
  • Visit structure:
    • Regular visits โ€“ 20 minutes
    • Full diagnostic/new patient visits โ€“ 40 minutes
  • Value-based healthcare model focused on preventive care and patient outcomes
  • Supported by a care team including a scribe, medical assistant, and social worker
  • Onsite labs with phlebotomy services and access to RubiconMD for specialist consultation
  • EMR systems: Canopy and Greenway
  • Participate in patient wellness programs (exercise classes, health education, community events)
  • Transportation service available for patients within 5 miles of the clinic
  • Average of 3โ€“5 providers per clinic (mix of Nurse Practitioners and Primary Care Physicians)

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner certificate program
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
  • Active DEA license
  • National board certification in one of the following:
    • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
    • Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP)
    • Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP)
    • Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP)
  • Bilingual Cantonese required
  • Familiarity with HCC documentation, ICD-10 coding, and Health Risk Assessments (preferred)
