Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated field application technical support for new HBM customers.
  • Drive HBM product quality and stabilization, in collaboration with RAS support teams.
  • Manage field quality control for current HBM products and future HBM generations.
  • Lead and coordinate HBM product quality or technical enabling meetings with customers (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Support new HBM projects with technical, quality material, and customer documentation.
  • Align roadmaps and collaborate with ecosystem partners to support customer success.
  • Deliver customer-specific specification support and technical guidance.
  • Work with headquarters to properly engage with and enable customer projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Strong communication and strong personal relationships skills to coordinate between global customers and HQ in Korea.
  • Understanding of whole technical development phases of HBM/DRAM and knowledge of AI applications using HBM/DRAM.
  • Understanding of qualification of HBM/DRAM, and of the failure analysis procedure.
  • Willingness to travel and to build positive relationships with customers as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer support in the semiconductor.
  • Background in design, test, or product engineering with understanding of HBM/DRAM architectures and specifications.
  • Debug skills and understanding of lab equipment for validation and failure analysis, mechanism.
  • Experience with JEDEC standard specification or product planning.
