Job description

Job Summary

This position values guests and is committed to providing a positive impression with World Class Service. The HVAC position is a behind the scenes role thatis responsible forthe day-to-day general maintenance at each of our facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair various components of climate control systems including motors, cooling and heating coils, heat pumps, hot water systems

  • Program,monitorand schedule the cycling of climate control systems through a complex DDC processor for the most economical level of operation

  • Test and treat via chemical alteration all open and closed looped climate control energy systems, including the treatment of cooling towers

  • Maintenance and repair ofbuilding air handlersand boilers including monitoring energy management procedures

  • Maintain and repair ice-making equipment, refrigeration equipment and appliances

  • Monitor HVAC chiller plant

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distracting

  • This is an onsite role; flexibility to work a minority of time remotely.

  • Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as needed

  • Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50lbs

  • Ability to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures

  • Ability to commute to various venues throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Area

  • Ability to work in areas that can become crowded with equipment and/or people

  • Ability to stand onfeetfor long periods of time, walk long distances and climb stairs.

  • Ability to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stoop and squat without any physical movement restriction

  • Ability to work comfortably at high heights using man lifts, truss, ladders, and catwalks
