About Us

Haze Dispensary operates two locations in San Jose: 2436 Almaden Rd. and 1158 Saratoga Ave. As a proud equal-opportunity employer, we’re committed to creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees. Our business is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 7 am to 10 pm, giving our team members the opportunity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Do

As a Cannabis Consultant/Driver, you’ll wear many hats and play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working at both of our locations as needed.
- Providing superior customer service by welcoming customers, assisting new visitors, and helping them select products that meet their needs.
- Managing the lobby, answering phones, and filling orders.
- Processing transactions and receiving payments for orders.
- Cross-training as a delivery driver to ensure smooth operations.
- Performing light cleaning, maintenance, and other tasks to keep the dispensary running smoothly.
- Keeping accurate inventory and following all state, city, and company regulations, procedures, and policies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:
- 21 years of age or older (required by law).
- Experienced in customer service and passionate about helping people.
- Punctual, dependable, and ready to show up on time for every shift.
- Friendly and positive with a can-do attitude.
