Our team is looking to add an energetic Front Desk Agent to join the Moxy San Diego Downtown team. As the face of the hotel, you'll create memorable first impressions by delivering a fun, authentic, and engaging guest experience while managing all aspects of the front desk. From check-in to check-out, you'll serve as a key point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay reflects Moxy's playful personality and exceptional hospitality.


To be successful in this role, you should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating genuine guest connections. You must be able to multitask, solve problems with confidence, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and delivering service with personality.


This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors 
  • Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team


Job Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement 
  • Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
