Advance Engineering Excellence and Standards
  • Apply expert-level knowledge to guide engineers across disciplines, ensuring sound architectural decisions and technical craftsmanship.

  • Define system reliability goals, telemetry, and observability standards to support large-scale fan events and product launches.

  • Champion engineering best practices, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous delivery pipelines across the DTC organization.
  • Drive AI-enhanced development practices, including automated testing, intelligent alerting, and deployment optimization.
  • Improve developer productivity through automation, code generation, and intelligent development workflows.

Mentor, Lead, and Partner Across Functions
  • Mentor engineers and technical leads across front-end, OMS, data, and platform teams, fostering growth and shared ownership.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Data Science, CX, and Design to align technology with business and fan outcomes.

  • Provide deep technical insight and guidance to cross-functional project teams, ensuring unified delivery quality and scalability.
  • Influence teams to adopt data-driven and automation-first approaches to problem solving and execution.

Shape the Future Platform
  • Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (composable architecture, event streaming, generative AI, predictive fulfillment).

  • Lead technical design reviews and influence enterprise architecture forums.

  • Codify and communicate long-term platform principles that will guide Hasbro's DTC evolution.
  • Define platform principles centered on intelligence, automation, and adaptability at scale.
  • Drive evolution toward a self-optimizing, insight-driven commerce platform leveraging AI and real-time data.

  • 8+ years of engineering experience in large-scale eCommerce or platform systems.

  • Proven architecture and integration expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce OMS, and enterprise middleware.

  • Proficiency building systems using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).

  • Successful track record of mentoring and helping grow the careers of engineers at all levels.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an ability to concisely convey technical concepts to leadership.
