Job description

SUMMARY
The Niemann Harvest Market Maintenance Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, cleaning and performing light day-to-day repair of general maintenance items while working in a safe manner and fostering a Niemann Harvest Market culture.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  • Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
  • General cleaning: empty wastebaskets, clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies
  • Vacuum hallways/offices, sweep and mop all hard surfaces, dust furniture, blinds, etc.
  • Light maintenance work
  • Shovel snow, mow grass, trim grass, trim trees, power wash outside areas of building replace light bulbs
  • Upkeep and organization of the back of the building
  • Dish washing as needed
  • Minor repair work, painting, building shelves
  • Operates pallet jack and forklift once trained
  • Call for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed
  • During Peak hours, stock groceries, help customers, push carts
  • Promotes and supports established programs
  • Works within company programs, policies and procedures
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
  • Other duties as assigned
