Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Donut Baker to join our early morning production team. This role is responsible for preparing, frying, and finishing a variety of donuts while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency. Weekends are required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix, scale, and prepare brioche dough for donut production
  • Cut and shape dough into various donut styles
  • Proof and fry all types of donuts to proper specifications
  • Glaze, fill, and finish donuts with consistency and attention to detail
  • Perform daily fryer maintenance, including filtering and cleaning
  • Maintain proper oil levels and monitor fryer performance
  • Follow opening procedures and complete daily prep lists
  • Prepare ingredients and items for production (e.g., egg wash, fruit cutting, fillings)
  • Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Previous baking or kitchen experience preferred (but not required)
