Job description

Switched-on, smart, energetic, charismatic host with presence wanted at Miss Lily's 7A 109 Avenue A, at 7th St in the East Village.
Please come to HOST open-call Thursday 4/16/26 between 2PM and 4PM if you possess the following qualities:
Available to work weekdays and weekends, until 11PM. If you do not have weekend availability, we're afraid that's a deal breaker.
People person - we need someone who knows how to talk people, addressing guests with respect ALL times, always professional and mindful of their choice of words and style of communication. At 7A we need our host to be welcoming, gracious and humble at all times, while at the same time RUNNING a very busy door not allowing the guests to run them.
Ability to take control of a busy door and waitlist. Must be sharp, aware, organized and methodical.
1 year prior experience running a busy door at a high volume restaurant very much preferred. Ability to 'read the floor' and Resy experience is desired.
Work well under pressure and has a sense of urgency. Along with always being charming with the guests - it is necessary that our host is able to process information quickly and able to communicate with management throughout the shift, working as a team to get the job done.
Must be willing to following the Miss Lily's vibrant dress code of bright colors, while bringing your own sense of personal style (check us out on Instagram @MissLilys to see how our employees bring color and style to Miss Lily's.
