Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with Harley-Davidson parts and accessory purchases.
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate product information.
  • Support service technicians with parts for repair orders.
  • Maintain organized parts displays and accurate inventory records.
  • Participate in promotional events and dealership activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports parts sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, parts, and accessories highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
