Job Description Hardware/Software Development Resource The team is looking for a resource with a combination of software engineering expertise and hands-on experience interfacing with hardware systems. This person is required to be onsite in Sunnyvale, CA 4 days per week. Experience Strong software development background with experience in hardware integration.

Enterprise-level software engineering experience Familiarity with hardware communication layers, device interfaces, and SDKs. Ability to leverage AI tools where applicable, but AI is not the primary requirement. Proficiency in: o Python (required) o C# (required) o Work Environment Day-to-Day Responsibilities Hardware Interface Development Develop software interfaces that communicate directly with hardware devices.

Work with SDKs, APIs, and hardware communication protocols. Support integration between software applications and hardware components. Example Use Cases Camera Integration Develop software that communicates with camera hardware.

Utilize vendor SDK tools. Manage image capture functionality. Control exposure settings and device interfaces.

Display/Driver Integration Interface with display hardware and pattern generators (PGs). Send images to display controllers. Control color settings and current levels for individual pixels.

Support software-to-hardware communication for display panel operation. Testing o Contribute to testing activities and integration validation. o Role is not expected to own all test code development.

Experience Requirements Years of experience are flexible if the candidate has strong hands-on expertise. Greater emphasis on specific project experience than overall tenure.
