Program Manager โ€“ Government Programs (Naval Preferred)- Engineering Location: Hybrid or Fully Remote with Travel to base (Philadelphia Ship Yard) 
Clearance Requirement: Interim or Active Secret clearance required (Top Secret/SCI preferred).

What Youโ€™ll Do * Lead and manage large government programs ($60M+), with a strong focus on Naval programs. * Serve as the forward-facing program lead, building strong relationships with senior government stakeholders. * Apply expertise in Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) to mitigate risks across hardware, materials, and software. * Review and resolve Navy HM&E DMSMS issues. * Facilitate DMSMS working groups and serve as a subject matter leader. * Develop issue resolution plans, cost estimates, and mitigation strategies that ensure mission success. * Drive innovative solutions and milestones while leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives. What Weโ€™re Looking For * Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, or STEM discipline (Masterโ€™s preferred). * 16+ years of progressive program management experience, overseeing complex government programs ($60M+). * 5+ years of logistics experience with a focus on DMSMS. * Strong leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills. * Ability to innovate and implement effective solutions in high-visibility environments. * PMP certification strongly preferred. * Interim or Active Secret clearance required; Top Secreta plus.
