Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a Yum! Brands Co-op is currently seeking a Program Manager to join the Taco Bell Concept Team. The position is in Irvine, CA.ย

Position Overviewย 
ย 
This position is a part of the Supply Chain Operations team which supports the supply chain for Taco Bell's 7,800+ restaurants in the US with annual sales more than $14B.
ย 
To be successful in this role, a Program Manager with emphasis in technology needs to be a blend of a relationship-oriented project manager and supply planner. This person will engage with a cross-functional team to bring new technology hardware equipment-related products to market.ย 
ย 
Annual oversight is estimated at:ย 
ย  3-5 national technology/equipment implementations
ย  $5-$20MM in inventory authorizations
ย  3-5 technology/equipment initiative tests
ย 
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Position Responsibilities
ย 
Project Management (~60%)
ย  Collaborate with brand partners to identify and document the supply chain demands of high profile, innovative,
ย  ย technology/equipment deployments & initiatives.
ย  Manage supply chain timelines and deliverables of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawlessย 
ย  ย execution of technology initiatives.
ย  Collaborate with supply partners to develop supply strategies that enable maximum flexibility by minimizing
ย  ย financial risk. This includes planning contingencies, capacity assurance, and component material procurement
ย  ย timelines.
ย  Accountable to communicate and provide ongoing updates to procurement partners, brand partners, and leadership
ย  ย in a timely fashion.ย 
ย  Present supply updates to Concept & RSCS Executive Teams
ย  Ensure key learnings and best practices are captured to support future strategic planning and continuousย 
ย  ย improvement.
ย  Create Authorizations for Inventory Procurement
ย 
Supply Planning (~40%)
ย  Leverage technology systems (primarily Netsuite and Power BI) as well as Excel to drive uninterrupted supply:
ย  ย o Create time phased demand plans for supplier planning purposes.
ย  ย o Ensure supply at all nodes in the supply chain.
ย  ย o Monitor deployment schedule, problem solve supply/demand imbalances, adjust plans of dynamic timelines, and
ย  ย  ย inform stakeholders and leadership of supply status.
ย  Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization efforts.ย 
ย  Special projects, and other duties as assigned by management.

Education
ย  Bachelor's degree required in Business, Supply Chain, or other relatable major. Prefer a master's or MBA.
ย  ย Prefer APICS CPIM certification, Six Sigma Green Belt, ISM CPSM certification, or PMP certification,ย

Experience and Knowledge
ย  Minimum of 3 to 5 years' business experience in: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Project management and/orย 
ย  ย Program Management.ย 
ย  Quick service restaurant experiences desired. Knowledge of distribution or manufacturing environment.ย 
ย 
Skills and Abilitiesย 
ย  Strong organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously. Process
