Division 8 & 10 Project Manager โ€“ Raleigh, NC


Invoke Staffing is hiring a Division 8 & 10 Project Manager to join a leading specialty contractor in the Raleigh market. This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows doors, frames, hardware, specialtiesโ€”and how to run projects without hand-holding.


Youโ€™ll be stepping into a high-impact role managing commercial interior packages across the Triangle with a company that has a deep backlog and consistent pipeline of work.


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Manage Division 8 & 10 scopes from buyout through closeout
  • Oversee hollow metal doors/frames, finish hardware, specialties, and installation coordination
  • Own project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
  • Review plans/specs and ensure alignment with field execution
  • Handle submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders
  • Coordinate with GCs, vendors, installers, and internal teams
  • Keep projects moving proactivelyโ€”no surprises, no fire drills
