Job Title
Supervise,coordinate, facilitate, and provide leadership to Process Engineering employees. Outline work proceduresand assign duties to meet departmental and company requirements.

We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.
Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.
Job Summary
  • Provide daily leadership and direction to employees
  • Train, advise, and counsel employees on work processes and procedures, as well as, company policies
  • Regulate work flow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency within department
  • Ensure project and assignments remain consistent with company practices, policies, and regulations (e.g.: SOX, OSHA, Management System Standards)
  • Interact and support all internal and external customers; set standards that promote good relations and communication
  • Research and troubleshoot problems; take corrective actions to allow continuous improvement
  • Track and monitor departmental performance objectives
  • Participate in periodic audits to ensure compliance to company standards
  • Provide input for hiring, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments and promotions
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
  • Perform other assignments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, have good organizational skills, and a high level of energy
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract business
  • Computer skills - intermediate knowledge of e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • Professional attitude and demeanor; problem-solving and prioritization skills
Required Experience and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experiencewithin the electronics manufacturing sector
  • Previous Leadershipexperience preferred
Licenses, Certifications, etc.
  • Certifications in profession preferred
