**Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph REQUIRED** Please do not apply if you do not currently possess this level of clearance. ---------- Telework: None Basic Requirements: 14 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline 5 additional years of experience as a Hardware Engineer may be substituted for a degree Job Description: Manage hardware-related ServiceNow (SNOW), NLYTE, and JIRA tickets and provide regular updates to the customer Plan all phases of hardware projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and maturing technical performance parameters Perform engineering reviews of deployment packages submitted by customers to identify and resolve inconsistencies Work closely with the systems engineering team to develop and validate hardware drawing packages Complete documentation to obtain approvals for shipping equipment to pre-staging areas and keep stakeholders informed (e.g., MDATs, TOEs) Perform immediate changes, maintenance, sustainment, and replacement of failed hardware (Break/Fix support) Organize and lead hardware installations across multiple operational sites Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate with multiple organizations while on TDY assignments as required Required Experience: JIRA SNOW Desired Experience: Nlyte ---------- Excellent benefits package including 25 days PTO, 11 paid holidays, 100% employer-paid healthcare for employees and dependents - available day 1, 8% 401(k) employer match - immediate vesting.
